St. Petersburg College Selects Staff to Build Million-Dollar 'Student Success Center'

The Student Success Center costs $25 million to build and is intended to and help foster focused, deliberate, career education.

The storied and growing St. Petersburg College has selected a team of LEMA Construction, Perkins + Will and Wannemacher Jensen Architects (WJA) to design and build a new flagship building at their St. Petersburg/Gibbs Campus, to be known as the “Student Success Center.”

The project also includes renovations to an existing administration building, along with the ground-up construction of the three-story Student Success Center. This building will be the new face of the campus. Designs for the new structure are currently in development by Perkins + Will and Wannemacher Jensen. LEMA is serving as Construction Manager. Construction is planned for completion in fall of 2018.
