ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A St. Petersburg woman is accused of selling her neighbor's pickup truck and their car to a recycling company after she allegedly stole both vehicles, according to multiple news outlets.
Fifty-five-year-old Rosalee Baker allegedly sold the neighbor's Ford F-150 and BMW to Small Planet Recycling in Hillsborough County, WFLA reported. The scrapyard company found out the vehicles were listed as stolen after they towed them to their property.
She completed a bill of sale and a request to cancel the title, WTSP said. She also received a total of $600 for the vehicles.
