Planned for 1901 North Flagler Drive, the project brings 100 high-end condos, a five-story parking podium, and a small public park, while using bonus height incentives tied to Currie Park upgrades and LEED Gold commitments.

West Palm Beach woman accused in Facebook scheme to scam $6,200 in fake rental assistance (cbs12.com) — A West Palm Beach resident is accused by county investigators of creating fake documents that led to more than $6,200 in improper rental and utility assistance payments. The Inspector General has referred the case for possible criminal review and is urging residents to report suspected fraud involving Palm Beach County funds.

Cigna and Tenet's new deal keeps 1.3 million Floridians in-network for health care services (wpbf.com) — Cigna customers in West Palm Beach will keep in-network access to St. Mary’s and Good Samaritan Medical Center after a last-minute deal with Tenet’s Palm Beach Health Network. The agreement avoids higher out-of-network costs for thousands of local patients and follows a dispute over how Cigna uses algorithms and AI in care decisions.
