• West Palm Beach restaurants turning parking spaces into outdoor dining (sun-sentinel.com) — Downtown West Palm Beach restaurants are transforming curbside parking spaces into covered outdoor parklets, backed by a city-supported grant program that helps fund design, construction, and permits. The initiative, led by the Downtown Development Authority, is expanding popular outdoor seating at spots like Avocado Grill and Sour Seed Bagels, calming traffic and making sidewalks more inviting for diners and pedestrians alike.
   

• Cell tower or pine tree? Polo Club's 'stealth' tower will be hard to tell (palmbeachpost.com) — A Boca Raton country club is adding a 100-foot “stealth” Verizon cell tower disguised as a pine tree, while a Baptist church in West Palm Beach has already hidden one inside a large parking-lot cross. Both projects aim to boost cell coverage while softening the visual impact of big towers in residential areas. County officials required extra camouflage features to help the new tower blend in.
   

• Florida attorney general sues Roblox for failing to protect children from online predators (cw34.com) — Florida’s attorney general has filed a lawsuit, announced from West Palm Beach, accusing Roblox of failing to adequately protect children from online predators on its gaming platform. The state cites concerns over age verification and content moderation, while Roblox strongly disputes the allegations and highlights its safety tools and cooperation with law enforcement. New facial age checks are set to roll out nationally in January.
