The will be hosting the Fourth Annual Covering the Bases fundraiser to help raise money for the special needs and the . The event will start 7 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 24 and last till 7 a.m. the next day on Sunday.
Covering the Bases helps Horizon League participants to get their own sponsors who will donate money. The more people walking and running, the more money the police department will raise. All donations and money raised will go directly to the Special Needs Development Group Inc., a non-profit public charity under 501(c)(3) of the Internal revenue code, and are tax deductible.
