Henry’s Louisiana Grill Expands

Henry’s Uptown, located just above Henry’s Louisiana Grill in Acworth, is now open on weekend nights, with a full bar and menu to give guests more room to enjoy the establishment’s Southern-inspired Cajun experience. The space, previously used as an overflow waiting area and for special events, features renovations, plus more room for dining, enjoying a beverage or just having fun.

Henry’s Uptown area is now open Wednesdays during crawfish season through the end of the month, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00p.m., and on Friday and Saturday nights, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The restaurant’s entire menu and drink offerings will be served upstairs as well as down, while guests can sit at new high-top tables, enjoy a beverage in the lounge or be seated for dinner in the new freshly created dining area.

The upstairs also features a striking new bar built by Randy Shaw, owner of Architectural Glass, Henry’s neighbor on Main Street, who designed the current bar in the main dining room downstairs. Randy applied his masterful, one-of-a-kind craftsmanship for a new, signature Henry’s Uptown bar, complete with old-world style.

“We are so happy to bring our signature dishes, drinks, music and excitement to another level…literally!” said Chef Henry Chandler in a news release. “And all with the same painstaking attention, care and superior service our guests expect. They asked us for more elbowroom and we delivered, in an effort to seat folks faster and accommodate even more friends at one time. We can’t wait for you to see our new, old space!” Chef Chandler said.

Henry’s continues to take special/private event bookings on weeknights in the stylishly updated space but wanted to focus their weekends on what the majority of guests requested. So far guests have been seated more quickly with the additional seating and reservations have been more timely. So come in and see for yourself as the party continues to let the good times roll!
