Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued For Clarke County

GEORGIA— A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Clarke County until 5:15 p.m. Thursday.

Oconee, northwestern Morgan, Walton and northern Newton counties and southeastern Barrow counties are also under the alert.

A tornado watch is in effect until 5 p.m. for north central Georgia while a second tornado watch is in effect until 7 p.m. for north central and northwest Georgia.

A wind advisory remains in effect until 11 p.m. for metro Atlanta.
