1 Dead, 1 Injured After Family Dispute Outside Grady Hospital: Reports
A shooting late Sunday outside of Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta left one dead, one injured. Police are searching for the shooters.
ATLANTA, GA — Two people were shot Sunday night outside of Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, according to multiple reports.
The hospital went on lockdown shortly before midnight, reported WGCL-TV. Investigators told the news station that it was an issue between family members that escalated into a shooting. One person was left dead, another injured, reported WGCL.
According to WSB-TV, the shooting happened near the emergency room. Police are still looking for the shooters.

“We had multiple shooters, two of the shooters did flee on scene and we’re also looking for the third shooter,” Deputy Chief Charles Hampton Jr. told WSB.
There is no active threat to Grady Hospital or the surrounding community.
