ATLANTA, GA – A second person involved with the drive-by shooting death of an Atlanta 6-month-old has been arrested, police said.

The infant, Grayson Fleming-Gray, was riding in the back of a car with his mother Monday afternoon when police said a light-colored Jeep SUV drove by and someone leaning out the window opened fire in the direction of the car the child was in.
