Kolter Homes announces continued momentum at Cresswind at Spring Haven, where construction on the community’s highly anticipated Club Cresswind and outdoor amenities is moving steadily toward a May 2026 opening. The advancement comes as the active adult community reaches another milestone — nearly 20% of its homes have closed within the first two years.

Club Cresswind entered vertical construction earlier this year and is now taking shape along the community’s scenic lake. Once complete, the clubhouse will feature a variety of activity spaces, including the Cresswind SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM, a cardio studio, an arts and crafts room, game areas and multiple gathering spaces designed to support resident interaction and wellness.

Outdoor amenities are also moving forward, including 12 pickleball courts expected to be completed in February 2026, as well as tennis courts, a resort-style pool with sun shelves, an event lawn and a community garden now underway. A lakeside dock will further enhance opportunities to enjoy the natural setting and the community’s two picturesque lakes. A full-time lifestyle director is already in place to oversee clubs, events and activities year-round.

“Achieving measurable closings in our early phases speaks volumes about the confidence buyers have in Cresswind at Spring Haven,” said Andrew Hitch, community director. “As the clubhouse and amenities rise, that excitement only continues to grow.”

In June, Kolter Homes released Phase 2, adding 97 new homesites, many offering additional privacy and natural views. Buyers can choose from 12 single-family home designs ranging from approximately 1,500 to 4,000 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s to the $800,000s, featuring open-concept layouts, designer finishes and extensive personalization options.

Cresswind at Spring Haven will include approximately 700 homes at completion. Prospective buyers can tour the community’s model park daily at 24 Catalina Court in Newnan.
