Center Park Group Announces Dogwood Landing

58-unit BTR townhome community coming soon to Hapeville

General contractor and home builder Center Park Group announces significant construction progress at Dogwood Landing, a new 58-unit build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community at 3335 Dogwood Drive in Hapeville, Georgia. The community is being developed by Norhaven Partners, with Maymont Homes as the owner and operator of the neighborhood. The project marks another milestone in the company’s expanding residential portfolio as demand for well-located rental housing continues to grow across metro Atlanta.

All seven buildings in the community have been released, and vertical construction on the first homes began in October 2025. Center Park Group expects the initial homes to be completed and ready for residents in spring 2026, with full community completion anticipated in August 2026, keeping the project on schedule.

Dogwood Landing will feature a mix of thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom townhomes situated on 3.2 acres. Homes will include flexible layouts with two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms and attached one- or two-car garages, offering residents the convenience and privacy of single-family living in a low-maintenance atmosphere.
