ATLANTA, GA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?
My mom is the very best. She lived her entire life for her family. She sacrificed so much so that we could be amazing adults. She spent her time helping others even though she didn't have much time for herself. She is the very best and I wish her so much happiness and that all her good deeds are returned to her tenfold.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
She is the epitome of a mom, and she deserves so much love, attention and recognition for a job well done. She is a great example of what every mom should look like.
