While not all of the following restaurants have opened their doors, their menus promise to bring delectable flavors to Georgia foodies.

Cornbread and Butter, Grayson
Where: 2132 Britt St., Ste. 205, Grayson
Product or Service: Shrimp creole, Georgia sunrise skillet with collard greens and truffle cajun potatoes, Georgia peach hot chicken sandwich, lobster and grits, vegetarian lemon pepper ranch garlic noodles, Thai chili roasted cauliflower, cast iron skillet mac, New Orleans bbq shrimp, barbere honey garlic salmon bites and cornbread crab cake.

Melt Yard, Dallas
Where: Specific address in downtown Dallas not immediately available.
Product or Service: Buckin' buffalo melt, pimento cheese balls, food truck nachos, truck burger, barbie-q burger, fried birthday cake, state fair shakes, chicken wings, glazed donut peach bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and apple crisp salad.
Hours of operation: Set to open in 2026.
Amenities: Retro arcade, gift cards and online ordering.
“What’s great about this Dallas location is that it will really be Melt Yard 2.0,” Justin Wilfon, co-owner of Melt Yard, said in a news release. “An old car dealership matches our vibe so well, and the huge amount of space allows us to offer live music for the first time. We’ll also have a big outdoor patio.”
Chubby's Cattle BBQ ATL, Dunwoody
Where: 4400 Ashford-Dunwoody Road, Ste. 3015, Atlanta
Product or Service: Dim sum, all you can eat wagyu, egg tarts, wagyu cappuccino, sukiyaki, Tom YumKong pot, hokkaido seafood soup, finger meat, sushi and sashimi, milk tea, miyazaki wagyu short rib and top sirloin.
Amenities: Chubby Club rewards.
Hours of operation: 5-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday, noon-11 p.m. Saturday and noon-10 p.m. Sunday.

The Grove at Monday Night Brewing, West Midtown

Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Spring 2nd Branch, Marietta
Where: 113 Church St. (Marietta Square)
Product or Service: Gogi mandu, bulgogi, jeyuk bokkeum, dubu dolsot bibimbap, cold and hot noodle dishes, steamed eggs, soups, Korean snack food, hot pots, silken tofu stew and wine and spirits.
Hours of operation: Slated to open sometime in October. 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Amenities: Gift cards.
"Spring 2nd Branch will be a full service, casual restaurant, focusing on serving traditional Korean cuisine. Our goal is to provide an authentic Korean dining destination in Marietta. Spring 2nd Branch will be under the ownership of Brian So and Daniel Crawford, the team behind the nationally-acclaimed Spring Restaurant, also located in the Marietta Square," read the company's online biography.
