Casting Calls In Atlanta: These Scripted Shows Need Talent

ATLANTA, GA -- Destination Casting is now casting background and featured talent for the next BET film "Tales: Cold Hearted." Filming will take place between March 14th through March 15th in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Tales," a new BET scripted anthology series produced by music mogul Irv Gotti, is seeking background actors and featured roles for the show. The series will "adapt the lyrics of classic hip-hop songs into three-act, 60-minute narratives," according to a summary of the show. Filming will take place Tuesday, March 14 through Wednesday, March 15 in Atlanta. Among the tracks being adapted into 60-minute cinematic narratives are N.W.A’s “F* Tha Police” and Beyoncé and Jay Z’s “On the Run.”

Actors needed for bar scene in Atlanta for 'Escape Plan 2'

Also so, the full-length feature film "Escape Plan 2", a sequel to the 2013 thriller starring Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, is casting talent for a bar scene that will be shot in Atlanta. Casting directors are looking for Hispanic men and women from ages 20s to mid-40s to be available for shooting on Tuesday, March 21.

Avengers 'Infinity War': Do you have that 'New Yawk' thing about you?

The full-length film "Avengers: Infinity War" will begin shooting in earnest this summer. For one scene in particular, casting directors are looking for men and women aged from 18 to 50 years old. Here's the thing: They want people who 'look' like New Yorkers look. "Good character faces and New York looks," is what the casting summary says. The actors will be hand-selected by the director, according to the casting call.

Filming will the scene is slated for mid-May. They want fresh faces, too. If you've worked on the "Avengers" set before, they don't want you.
