Hurricane Matthew: Obama Declares State of Emergency in Georgia

President Barack Obama has declared a state of emergency in Georgia in advance of Hurricane Matthew's arrival, as hundreds of thousands of Georgians fled the coast toward metro Atlanta and other inland destinations.
