InCommunity Announces Thomas Spring as Chief Counsel
Atlanta Nonprofit Names New Chief Counsel

InCommunity, a leading nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, announces the appointment of Thomas A. Spring as Chief Counsel. In this role, Spring will provide legal guidance, strengthen compliance functions, and support the organization’s risk management efforts.
Spring brings a strong background in commercial litigation, compliance, and internal investigations. Most recently, he served as an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Atlanta, where he advised clients on complex litigation disputes, corporate compliance issues, and federal investigations. His experience also includes serving as a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Spring earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Notes & Submissions Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He holds a master’s in education from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s in English from the University of Dallas. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in Georgia, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third and Eleventh Circuits.
