The menu of airy appetizers, staple Bahn mis, noodles and salads, pastries and chef’s specialties gave diners plenty of zest for the recent opening.
Now, the West Village dining establishment enlivened by Ron Hsu, Aaron Phillips and Carl Van Tyle Gilbert – the culinary minds behind Lazy Bety – is offering a cornucopia of libation options to help wash down the tasty delights on tap.

Van Tyle Gilbert is Juniper’s beverage director and he brings to the table a broad selection of eclectic elixirs that incorporate Vietnamese flavors and ingredients, including wines from across the globe, sake, Lunar hard seltzer, makgeolli, soju, sochu, baiju and great beer from Asia.
A non-alcoholic drink selection features craft natural sodas, including Kumquat & Yuzu soda with lime, light agave, Thai basil and black pepper, or Acerola soda with black tea, lemon, dark agave and lavender.
