MARTA announced around 10:30 a.m. that both southbound and northbound trains are boarding from the northbound platform at Arts Center, Midtown and North Avenue stations. A bus bridge is running from Civic Center to Lindbergh Center, officials said.

Both directions opened to trains shortly after noon, but as of 1:30 p.m., single tracking was in effect on the southbound lane at the Midtown and North Avenue stations because of a mechanical issue, according to MARTA.
