Ponce City Market will offer a taste of Bourbon Street when it kicks off Mardi Gras celebrations from its food hall and rooftop on Feb. 16.

If you want the feel of Bourbon Street, starting Wednesday, Feb. 16, take a visit to the food hall so you can land a Honeysuckle Gelato Mardi Gras cake.
The sweet treat features a king cake crust topped with bourbon pecan gelato and a dusting of purple, yellow, green and gold sugar … and a baby inside! Talk about a crown.

If you really want to live it up, come to Mardi Gras on the Roof at Skyline Park on Feb. 26 from 5 p.m. to midnight. The celebration offers live Mardi Gras music all evening, and an all-you-can-eat New Orleans-style feast of all the Cajun classics from shrimp etouffee, chicken gumbo, and bananas foster bread pudding.
There will also be beads throwing, spirits flowing for the adults and unlimited gameplay and rides available for the kid in you.
