Massive Atlanta Junkyard Fire Billows Smoke Seen For Miles
Fire crews began battling the blaze at a metal recycling plant on Monday morning.
ATLANTA — City firefighters battled a massive junkyard fire in Atlanta on Monday, with smoke from the fire seen for miles around.
Several Atlanta Fire Rescue crews battled the flames at a metal recycling plant on Regina Drive. Fire officials said around noon on Monday that the battle will be "an extended operation."
There have been no reports of injuries.
