Now Open: Bulla Gastrobar In Midtown Atlanta
Bulla Gastrobar, a tapas bar in the tradition of Spain, opened Monday, Sept. 25 in Midtown Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA -- Midtown Atlanta has a new tapas bar, this time in the tradition of Spain. Bulla Gastrobar opened Monday, Sept. 25 at 60 11th Street NE in the 12th & Midtown development.

Bulla Gastrobar, a Florida-based venture, is being brought to Atlanta by Centurion Restaurant Group. “Bulla to me is a celebration of the best things about Spanish culture and dining,” Carlos Centurion, president and founder of Centurion Restaurant Group, said in a news release. “We provide excellent food and service, but more than that, we give our guests an exceptional dining experience; one that is casual and relaxed but also tasteful and elegant.

The word Bulla, a Spanish term that is slang for chatter, calls about the famous gastrobars in Spain, where people sit around a center stage bar. The eatery will have an urban loft feel accented by European design.
In Florida, Bulla Gastrobar has three locations, including in South Florida around Miami and Winter Park just outside Orlando.
