5. Why Mattel's first-ever Barbie with autism is sparking conversation (atlantanewsfirst.com) — Atlanta parents and autism advocates are weighing in on Mattel’s first Barbie doll with autism, highlighting both its inclusive design and its limitations. A Metro Atlanta mom, a local psychologist, and national advocacy groups debate how well the doll reflects the full autism spectrum, especially for children in DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties.
