GBI Probes Police Shooting In Atlanta: Reports

ATLANTA, GA — A probe is underway in southwest Atlanta following a police shooting Thursday afternoon, per media reports.

Little information was known as of around 2:45 p.m., however both Fox 5 Atlanta and WSB-TV reported the shooting occurred around 1 p.m. at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

It was not immediately known if there were any injuries or fatalities.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation was overseeing the probe into the shooting, media reports say.
