Pregnant Ciara OK After Car Accident: Report

ATLANTA, GA -- Music star and former Atlantan Ciara reassured her fans that she is alright after being involved in a car crash in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The pregnant star was driving her Mercedes SUV when she was reportedly T-boned Friday by a Volvo SUV.

Ciara, who is heavily pregnant, nor the other driver were injured in the accident, according to TMZ.

Photos taken shortly after the wreck showed the celebrity walking around her vehicle while on the cell phone.

Ciara posted shortly afterward that the day marked her one-year anniversary to husband Russell Wilson, who plays quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks. The photo showed the two enjoying ice cream.

Ciara, from nearby Riverdale High School in Clayton County, was discovered my music producer Jazze Pha in 2003. The duo released her first song "Goodies" in 2004, which reached No. 3 on the charts.
