Man Pleads In Shooting That Killed His Girlfriend's Son: Prosecutors

A plea was reached after a man was accused of shooting his girlfriend's son in the head and injuring her, prosecutors say. The day of the shooting, the girlfriend told police the man was intoxicated at her home and refused to leave, prosecutors said. She told dispatchers that he had a handgun and threatened to shoot officers who came into the house, prosecutors said.
