State Farm Arena Top 5 Venue Globally, In North America
Nearly 600,000 people have attended 60 shows at State Farm Arena, which houses the Atlanta Hawks, so far this year, Billboard says.
ATLANTA, GA — State Farm Arena is among the top 5 venues in North America and the world, according to a recent ranking from Billboard.
Two 2025 midyear reports from Billboard and Pollstar showed Atlanta's State Farm Arena is third in North America and fifth internationally with venues of 15,001 or more capacity, excluding stadiums, according to State Farm.
On the Billboard report, the popular venue ranked behind Sphere in Las Vegas (No. 1), Madison Square Garden in New York (No. 2), 02 Arena in London (No. 3) and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney (No. 4).

State Farm was third in ticket sales after Sphere and Madison Square Garden, arena representatives said.
“We’re proud to be the top destination in the Southeast for live music and entertainment and thrilled to welcome concertgoers to the world-class State Farm Arena,” said State Farm Arena’s Executive Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer Amanda Mann, in a news release. “We are gearing up for one of our busiest falls, and we’re excited to continue providing great experiences and a memorable night out.”

According to the Billboard report, State Farm has grossed $76.2 million so far this year. Nearly 600,000 people have attended 60 shows at the arena, which houses the Atlanta Hawks.
Blake Shelton, Deftones, Katt Williams, Pearl Jam, Billy Strings, J Balvin, Kyle Minogue, Rauw Alejandro and Tyler, the Creator are some of the stars the venue has hosted since January.
Other events included Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey the Greatest Show on Earth, Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live and WWE Monday Night RAW.
The Atlanta Dream sold out its home owner against Indiana Fever in March at State Farm, and the arena set the stage for three games of the Men’s Basketball South Regional in the 2025 NCAA March Madness tournament.
“We’re elated with the Billboard and Pollstar mid-year rankings,” said State Farm Arena’s Executive Vice President of Arena Programming Trey Feazell, in a news release. “We owe a huge thanks to everyone who helped us achieve this accomplishment - all the artists, managers, agents, promoters, partners and fans for a memorable and successful first half of 2025.”
