The City Hall meeting includes an agenda item to determine whether the city will change the curfew for youth. Currently, on the weekends -- Friday and Saturday -- the curfew is 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., city spokeswoman Shannon Wiggins said in an email. During weeknights, the curfew is 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. It is unclear what a new curfew will be.
