Woodward Academy Student Wins Gold, Bronze in Fencing

Choe Williams was awarded a gold and bronze medals in the Peoria Fencing Academy Regional Youth Circuit.

COLLEGE PARK, GA – Woodward Academy seventh-grader Chloe Williams recently competed in the Peoria Fencing Academy Regional Youth Circuit (RYC) on September 24 and earned a gold and bronze medal. In August, Chloe won a bronze medal in the Pan American Youth and Veteran Championship - her first international competition.

With just four years of fencing experience, Chloe is currently ranked 14th nationally in her Y12 division. She hopes to join the Olympic and World Cup USA teams.
