Zoo Atlanta Closing Early For 2 Days Due To 'Extremely High' Heat
Zoo Atlanta officials announced Tuesday that the Zoo will only be open in the mornings Wednesday and Thursday due to the heat.
ATLANTA, GA — Zoo Atlanta will close early Wednesday and Thursday due to the high temperatures.
Zoo Atlanta officials said the park will only open in the mornings because of the extremely high heat forecasted in metro Atlanta.
Guests are encouraged to visit early. The final entry on Wednesday and Thursday will be in the 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. time slot. Entry gates will close at 1 p.m. and Zoo grounds will close at 2:30 p.m.
