Brookhaven Residential Units Spend Fewer Days on the Market

Prudential Georgia posted a monthly Brookhaven residential real estate market update on Youtube on May 8, based on Multiple Listing Service data. The video is attached.

The information covers residential real estate activity in April 2013 and also gives year-over-year data.

Among the findings: the average number of days that residential units in Brookhaven spent on the market before being sold was down 30 percent compared to last year (from April 2012-April 2013).
