1. It's going to be a beautiful day, Brookhaven! The National Weather Service predicts a forecast of areas of fog before 10am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 71.

3. Patch editors across the country will be volunteering in their respective communities today in the company's "Give 5" campaign. Editor will volunteer at charter school this morning and afternoon. If you see me in the cafeteria or roaming the halls (with a hall pass, of course), be sure to say hello.

4. Tonight is the District 1 Commissioner Elaine Boyer's second town hall meeting ont he budget. If you missed Tuesday night's meeting, be sure to go to tonight's meeting at Tucker Library at 7 p.m.
