• Man Faces Porch Piracy Charges In Brookhaven Package Thefts (patch.com) — Brookhaven police arrested a 35-year-old Atlanta man Sunday night after Flock license plate reader alerts and a 911 call led officers to a car carrying several stolen packages from Sheridan Court. The department says the case shows how technology and quick patrol work help fight porch piracy in Brookhaven, and it’s urging residents to better secure deliveries with lockers, parcel boxes, notifications, and neighborhood cooperation.
