1. Weather. Take your umbrellas, Brookhaven. The National Weather Service predicts rain, mainly between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 69.
2. Back to school and work. After a long weekend, all banks, government agencies and schools are open for business.
3. DeKalb County Commissioners meet tonight at 9 a.m. in the Maloof Auditorium at 1300 Commerce Drive. On this morning's agenda is the 2011 budget.

4. The Ashford Alliance will launch tonight its first in a series ofΒ workshops called Community 101. Tonight's topic will be "Public Education in DeKalb: Processes & Prospects". The workshops begin tonight at 7 p.m. at the Merrill Gardens at 1460 Johnson Ferry Road NE. DeKalb School Board members Nancy Jester and Pam Speaks will be featured panelists.
