- Schools are in session. After a long week of school closures and the Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday, DeKalb County Schools and private institutions in Brookhaven are back in session today.
- Storytime at . Take your little ones to the Brookhaven Library today for storytime at 10 a.m. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to sit on the floor.
- The first public input meeting on redistricting following the snow storm is happening today at Miller Grove High School in Lithonia at 6:30 p.m.
- Take a moment to unwind after what may be your first day back to work after the snow storm by attending happy hour at Villa Christina at Perimeter Summit from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Great specials food and drink specials.
- presents Tuesdays at the Museum where students can explore traditional Indian art techniques. Most supplies are included but instructors encourage you bring your own sketchbook and drawing pencils. Course fee is $50 for four Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
