DECATUR, GA — A Florida man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in February 2021 in Brookhaven has been convicted, DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston announced Monday.

On Feb. 19, 2021, Mahadi was accused of arriving at his ex-girlfriend's apartment uninvited and threatening to kick down the door after she refused to open it, Boston said.
