BROOKHAVEN, GA -- The 5th annual Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival was held at Blackburn Park over the weekend. Sunny skies and warm temperatures greeted festival-goers on Saturday, while cooler temps and cloudier skies were on hand on Sunday.

An all-star music lineup headlined the free event, with Smash Mouth, the Spin Doctors and the Romantics performing on Saturday, and the Wallflowers closing out the event on Sunday.

The festival also brought its Classic Car Show, Pet World and food trucks.

The 5K road race,sponsored by Oglethorpe University and designated as a 2019 Peachtree Road Race qualifier, kicked off the weekend before the festival on Saturday, March 23.
