Teen Nicknamed 'Devil,' Others Fire 30+ Shots In Brookhaven: Police
The Brookhaven police chief sent a message to 'Devil': "We know who you are and don't think we are not watching."
BROOKHAVEN, GA — An unidentified 13-year-old boy who police say calls himself "Devil" and a group of juveniles are accused of shooting guns more than 30 times in the Roger Circle area Saturday, Brookhaven Police Chief Kenneth Collins said Wednesday.
Collins said in a Facebook post the group fired military style assault rifles, shotguns and handguns — some of which had selector switches retrieved from the Jackson area, making them fully automatic. He said the juveniles are selling the switches in Brookhaven.
The group damaged homes, cars, property and "put people's lives at risk," Collins said, adding people in the Hartman Street and surrounding areas are fearful.

"I feel like this is something that cannot wait," he said in the post. "The safety of the community and citizens that live in our city are my main concern. I know people are afraid, so we as the police department are going to do whatever it takes to help out our beautiful city. I’m asking for all the homeowners to get cameras installed in your area.
