Man Shot By Maintenance Worker At Buckhead Apartments: Report

BUCKHEAD, GA — A maintenance worker shot a man Friday who was accused of trespassing at a luxury Buckhead apartment building, The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.

The incident happened shortly after 7 a.m. at the Alexan Buckhead Village building on Pharr Road. The man was accused of trespassing in the building’s parking deck when he was confronted by a female maintenance employee, the AJC reported.

The maintenance worker’s name was not released, but she was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felon, the AJC reported.

A message to the Atlanta Police Department wasn’t immediately returned.
