β€œFundraising is paramount for our club. 2020 created challenges with our traditional fundraisers, causing our leaders to look for interesting and engaging ways to raise funds, while staying safe,” said Phil Ciccone, president of the Rotary Club of Towne Lake. β€œCornhole is inherently good for social distancing and something neither of our clubs have done before as a fundraiser. We are very excited to partner with another club, creating additional resources and support to ensure an incredible event.”

β€œWe are really excited about this event, not only because we can raise money for local charities, but also because our two clubs are working together. Cornhole is so fun. Hopefully this will become an annual event that will draw an altruistic crowd,” said Carol Gage, president of the Rotary Club of Cherokee County.
