2 Men Stomped Out Sidewalk Pothole Lights: Cops

Cartersville police said the light fixtures are valued at about $1,500.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — The Cartersville Police Department is working to identify two men accused of damaging two sidewalk pothole lights last month.

At 11:24 p.m. Sept. 14, two men stomped out two lights in the area of 34 West Main Street. The light fixtures, the department added, are valued at roughly $1,500.

The subjects may have been patrons of the Local Bar and Grill on South Erwin Street during the evening. Anyone who recognizes the men are asked to contact Cartersville police investigator D. Barry at 770-607-6990.
