Cartersville Antique Gallery Is DDA's June 'Merchant of the Month'

Cartersville Downtown Development Authority is pleased to announce that Cartersville Antique Gallery has been named “Merchant of the Month” for June. Located at 9 East Main Street in historic downtown Cartersville, Cartersville Antique Gallery is often described as the top destination for antiques in northwest Georgia. Focusing on period American antique furniture, complimentary accessories, Persian rugs, and Georgia art pottery, the gallery offers a true show-like experience for the avid antique collector. The impressive showrooms include a variety of furniture styles including High Country, Primitives, Victorian, Empire and examples of southern craftsmanship. The local business is currently celebrating their 10 year anniversary.

Owner Robert Adams stressed the passion for what he does with the Antique Gallery and balancing it with his role as professor of music at Georgia Highlands College.  On having a business in downtown Cartersville for 10 years he remarks, “This is a friendly community - we are all neighbors and we try to help each other.
