Georgia Department of Labor is set to help Comcast Cable Company recruit employees to fill about 125 part-time job openings for telesales representatives to work at a call center in Alpharetta.
Two recruitments will be held. The first is set for Thursday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, 465 Big Shanty Road, in Marietta.
The second is scheduled for Friday, March 2, also from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Gwinnett Career Center, 2211 Beaver Ruin Road, Suite 160, in Norcross.

Prior to the recruitments, job seekers must apply on-line at http://www.comcast.com and search for Representative 1, Telesales (Alpharetta, GA).
The representatives’ work site is accessible via MARTA’s north Fulton line.

Applicants are encouraged to dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes.
The jobs pay $8 an hour, plus an additional $7 for each sale made.
