Bartow Businessman Named Member of State Board
Rudy Weaver of the Adairsville area owns Weaver Heating and Air Conditioning.

Gov. Nathan Deal this month issued the oath of office to Rudy Weaver, owner of Weaver Heating and Air Conditioning in Bartow County, to become a member of five-person State Construction Industry Licensing Board: HVAC.
Weaver is a Vietnam War veteran and has worked in the heating and air industry since 1970.
Currently, he serves on the Bartow County Zoning Appeals Board. He has also served on the Bartow Home Builders Association Board, the Bartow Cattle Association and the Cobb County Conditioned Air Board.
He was awarded the National Medal of Excellence in 1992 with Bryant Air Conditioning.
He and his wife, Lola, have two adult children. They reside in the Adairsville area of Bartow County.
He was nominated to the position by Rep. Christian Coomer, R-Cassville, who serves as Deal’s Administration Floor Leader in the Georgia House of Representatives.
