• Observed raw chicken stored touching raw shrimp and raw salmon. Observed raw beef stored over cheese. CA: PIC rearranged items to be stored according to minimum internal cook temperature. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
• Observed shredded cheese, butter, and sour cream stored at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Food had been out for less than 4 hours and was moved to a cooler to cool back down. Discussed time as a public health control with PIC. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
• Observed employee preparing food while wearing watch. CA: Discussed personal cleanliness with PIC. Repeat Violation.
