Bike Patrols Begin Downtown
A total of six police officers will pair up to patrol downtown Cartersville on bicycles on a varying schedule.
may now have two officers on bicycles patrolling downtown Cartersville at any given time.Â
"Hopefully, this will give a sense of officer presence in the downtown area," Lt. Mark Camp said in an email.
Sergeants Bobby Hill and Lynn Wade and officers Sparacio, Cole, Combs and Veiga will comprise bike units that will patrol varying dates and times.
