CARTERSVILLE, GA -- Downtown Cartersville is undergoing a few construction projects, and it’s creating some confusion for shoppers. If you’re coming downtown to shop, the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority was shoppers to know they shouldn't be discouraged if their favorite stores have constructions signs in front of them — they’re open and ready for business.

The City of Cartersville is working on a water project along Main Street, so stores along Main Street may look closed, but they are open. Because this project is taking place behind the stores listed below, their parking has been impacted. If you want to visit, the DDA recommends you park in the courthouse lot or in front of City Hall.
