Iron Order of Cartersville's 6th-Annual Children's Shelter Ride

Iron Order of Cartersville's sixth-annual Children's Shelter Ride, which benefits Advocates for Bartow's Children's shelter, is set for June 8.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., breakfast is served at 10 a.m. and kickstands go up at 11 a.m. The ride begins at 49 Monroe Crossing in Cartersville and ends at Buffalo's.

Activities include raffles, 50/50 and an auction. The lucky winner of a customized 2007 Harley-Davidson Sportster will be named the morning of the ride. Raffle tickets are $20.

The ride is $10 for one rider and $15 for two.
