The grisly scene was discovered by family members, the Bartow County Sheriff's Office previously told Patch.
Days after the discovery, Reneaud was arrested in Cobb County on unrelated charges and booked into their facility. Cobb County Superior Court records show Reneaud, 22, in January 2017 pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, theft by taking and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a year in prison related to that arrest. After serving that sentence, he was transferred to the Bartow County Jail to face the murder charges.
