Purse Containing $425 Stolen From Car In Bartow County
A woman said her purse containing the cash, her cell phone and two debit cards were taken from her car in Rydal.

RYDAL, GA — A woman told a Bartow County sheriff's deputy that her purse containing hundreds of dollars in cash, cell phone and two debit cards were stolen from her vehicle.
A deputy was dispatched around 10:20 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7 to a call of an entering auto in the 400 block of Hendricks Road in Rydal. The deputy arrived at the home and met with a woman who said someone entered her 2013 Hyaundai Elantra and stole several items.
According to an incident report released by the Bartow County Sheriff's Office, $425 in cash, Google Pixel cell phone and her wallet containing an Ameris Bank debit card, Bank of Ozark debit card, checkbook, numbers to a safe deposit box, car keys, key fob and a Medicare card were all swiped from the vehicle.

The woman, 67, said she did not have an idea of who could have taken the items from her car. No other details were provided in the report. Anyone with information is asked to call the Bartow County Sheriff's Office at 770-382-5050.
