• Observed buildup of slime on drink dispensing nozzles.CA: Pointed out to PIC, nozzles were removed for cleaning.
• Observed potentially hazardous food (yogurt,cream cheese) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. See temps below. CA: Notified PIC, food was discarded. Reach-in cooler temperature was adjusted, PIC will monitor cooler.

• Observed improper vertical separation of raw animal foods in walk-in cooler. Raw beef stored below raw chicken. CA: PIC will separate items properly by their cook temperatures. Provided handout.
• Observed potentially hazardous chicken and sauces that require refrigeration not stored at 41°F or below.(chicken: 50°F, BBQ sauce: 71°F, hot sauce: 71°F). CA: Chicken was placed in cooler to rapidly cool since it was out of temperature for less than 4 hours. Sauces were discarded.
• Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. CA: Cloths were placed in solution.
